Flavor was born in 2001 with a simple conviction: that the finest Indian food — smoky from the tandoor, slow-simmered in hand-ground spices, rich with generational recipes — deserved a permanent home in Vadodara. We opened our doors on Makarpura Road and never looked back.
Over two decades, we grew from a restaurant into a family of three brands. We added banquet halls for Vadodara's biggest celebrations. We launched The Paper Lantern for those who crave bold Asian flavours. And we brought back Hotdogs & More — a tribute to Baroda's beloved street-food tradition, reimagined with a premium touch.
